We screen and recruit the most qualified and competent seafarers and officers through a meticulous and tested system.

Before placing any crew on your vessel, Marine Crewing Services will:
• Meticulously check the prospective crewmembers’ previous experience and performance, including a review of their prior service records and a character reference from previous employers or agencies.

• Ensure that they possess all valid documentation required by the vessel’s flag state and the countries where they intend to work.

• Provide the candidates with proper orientation about duties, responsibilities and expectations while on-board the ship.

• Furnish ship owners/principals with all records pertaining to their deployed crewmembers, such as medical exams reports, license and certifications, passport and visa information, employment contracts, allotment slips, payrolls, etc.

All transportation arrangements for placed crewmembers are made through our sister company, Marine Travel Services.
